Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately, you've got to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped, then please email us at mentioning your Order ID or call our Contact no: +91 95102 32415 for further guidance. If you cancel your order before it's shipped, we'll refund you the whole amount.

Return Policy:

  • If you've got received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to simply accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID.
  • We will personally make sure that a fresh replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
  • Hoortex offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (Including Stickers & Labels).
  • Return requests won't be accepted through other mediums like Facebook / Instagram chat.
  • When you return the merchandise to the courier guy, it's mandatory to require a receipt (physical or through message).Just in case of a lost shipment, we'll need proof of return from you.
  • The cost of return shipping (200/- INR) will be deducted from your refund.
  • The refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the merchandise is received back to our warehouse in Surat.

    Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, namely:

    • If the product has been damaged by you.
    • If it is a customized product.
    • If the Return or Exchange is requested after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

    Exchange Policy:

    You have to boost an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. You'll have to Email us regarding the same with your Order ID mentioned in it along with your address for the pickup from the doorstep. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. The delivery time of your exchange goods may vary according to your area of shipping.

    If reverse pick up service is available at your Pincode by our courier partner we’ll arrange one for you otherwise to return your product courier it to:

    • The exchange wouldn't be accepted if the merchandise was customized for you.
    • The cost of return shipping (200/- INR) will be deducted from your refund.
    • The return of the exchanged product is not possible. You can only opt for an exchange option again or a credit note which will be valid for a period of 3 months.
